For your convenience, an initial supply of hand soap and toilet tissue has been provided. Dishes are cleaned to dishwashing standards. Check out time is no later than 10am on day of departure No smoking in units No pets allowed During your stay please follow these simple guidelines Trash must be cleared bagged and placed in black bin at the end of the driveway. Any extra garbage should go in the wooden bin (due to wild animals) All Recycling items should be placed in the blue bags and left in wooden container at the end of the driveway (due to wild animals) Please do not overload washer and dryer, and shake out the sand from items (sand will damage the appliances) To cut back on sand in the house, an outdoor shower has been provided Please report if any items are inoperative or in need of repair Any furniture, i.e. bunk-beds, must be placed back in original setting. The sum of $500.00 is due as a damage deposit in the form of a credit card at the beginning of your stay. No funds will be withdrawn if departure inspection is satisfactory. In order to avoid cleaning charges please take the time to complete the following items before your departure.
