A "Taste" of PEI Sample Tour

Come experience the heart of the Island. Along with your guide, you will head out to the beautiful eastern end of the Island.

our first stop will be at historic Orwell Corner, here you'll experience the flavor, charm and by gone activities of the farming era in the 1890's on PEI. Our next stop along our tour will be at the National Historic site, Sir Andrew MacPhail Homestead, for a stroll through the award winning MacPhail Woods, which offers nature trails, walking trails, ecological projects, etc.

Next we visit the Point Prim Lighthouse, the Island's oldest lighthouse.

Now for the "taste". We head for Little Sands, here you'll find the only winery on PEI, the Rossignol Estate Winery Ltd. with a tasting room and Art Gallery. In their tasting room you can taste a variety of their award winning wines produced on site. If you find a product pleasing to your palate, there is a retail shop on site to purchase the product of your choice. You'll also enjoy a panoramic view of the Northumberland Strait from this location.

We will work our way back to Charlottetown from here, enjoying the scenic views of the Island's south shore.
