Reservations:
A deposit of 50% confirms your reservation and is payable as bank draft, money order or personal cheque. Balance due at time of check-in.

Cancellation policy:
If we re-rent the property and do not incur additional expenses, the client receives a full refund of deposit. If we do not re-rent the property, no refund shall be remitted.
