CANCELLATION
POLICY - RATES QUOTED ARE FOR THE 2009 SEASON:
- Prepayment of $300.00 by cheque for each weekly booking. No post dated cheques.
- All fees are to be paid prior to, or when checking in - late arrivals (after 6:00pm) will have to be paid in full on arrival date. A cheque or cash will be accepted.

We realize that there are certain situations that occur, but
we must cover ourselves because of the short tourist season.
- Prepayment of $300.00 by cheque for each weekly booking to be e-mailed a;ong with signed rental agreement
- Refund will be made hen the cottage is re-rented and a rebooking fee of $100.00 for each week cancelled would be deducted from your deposit on your accommodations and the balance will be held for a future booking up to 2 years
- All fees are to be paid prior to, or when checking in along with a damage deposit of $100.00 to be applied for any damage or breakage of contents of cottage inside and out. Also cottage is to be left in the same way it was recieved. Damage deposit by cheque or cash upon check-in.
Rates:
In-Season - June 28 - Sept 8
- 3 Bedroom Cottage $825.00x plus 5% Gst and 10% PST
- 2 Bedroom Cottage $695.00 plus 5% Gst and 10% PST
- 1 Bedroom Cottage $575.00 plus 5% Gst and 10% PST
- 1 Bedroom Cottage $525.00 plus 5% Gst and 10% PST
- Rates are in Canadian dollars
Off Season - Rates before June 28th and after September 8th.

2-Bedroom Cottage - $475.00 per week plus 5% Gst and 10% PST
