No Pets Allowed Weekly Rates Prepayment of $300.00 by cheque for each weekly booking to be mailed along with your signed Rental Agreement in order to hold your reservation. Complete REFUND until march 1st, 2009 with only a $50 rebooking fee All fees are to be paid prior to, or when checking in along with damage deposit of $100.00 (cash/cheque) and to be held for any damages or breakage of contents of cottage inside or out. Also cottage is to be left in the same way it was received. We realize that there are certain situations that occur, but we must cover ourselves because of the short tourist season. REFUND will be made only when the cottage is re-rented for the week or weeks cancelled minus your rebooking fee of $100.00 for each week booked after April 1, 2009 and if not rented you willl have a credit up to 2 years. Also cottage is to be left exactly as received with regard to inside and out re garbage, bbq shells, and other items left by the renter. A courtesy call would be apppreciated earlyt and arrangements can be made for payment in full for Saturday or Sunday night.
