Seascape is a two-storey wood structure built in the 1940's that has been completely renovated and refurbished in a country cottage style. The house is situated on a waterfront property overlooking the entrance to the beautiful Murray Harbour. Seascape Summer Home offers a romantic setting for those who like the aura of charm and elegance. Home is ideal for family of 7, or 2 to 3 couples.

  • The first level has a complete kitchen that includes a dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer.
  • The family/living area opens to a screened deck where you can BBQ the evening meal, while enjoying the sunset over the water.
  • There is a queen bedroom on the first level as well as a 3-piece bath, for the convenience of those folks who would rather not tackle the stairs.
  • Up on the second floor you will find the romantic air conditioned master bedroom with a small sitting area.
  • Patio doors open to a deck overlooking the expansive waterview.
  • A smaller bedroom with a double bed and also a twin bed is styled with children in mind, playpen/crib available.
  • A four-piece bathroom with a whirlpool tub completes the second level.
  • The house comes fully equipped with: satellite TV, VCR, CD player, linens, towels, lawn and deck furniture.
  • Seascape has maintained some of the house's original features, such as the spruce floor and stucco hallway.
Seascape is walking distance to the village where you can find casual dining, a library, craft shops, general store, marina and a walking trail. A three minute drive takes you to a beautiful sandy beach or Cape

Bear Lighthouse, where the SOS from the Titanic was received. Visit and Enjoy Eagles View, a 9 hole local golf course and interpretive centre.

World class golf courses Crowbush, Dundarave, and Brudenell are only 30 minutes away. Charlottetown, with its great shopping and the Confederation Centre of the Arts, is only 50 minutes away. Bring along your bikes and kayaks and explore the most beautiful place on the Island.
