Peak Season (July & August)

• $1,900 Based on Double Occupancy
• $100 Each Additional Person

Mid-Season (May, June & September to November)

• $995 / Week
• $50.00 Per Additional Person

Low Season

• $695 / Week
• $50.00 Per Additional Person

plus GST(5%) & PST (10%) Taxes

Reservations: A non-refundable deposit of $300 confirms your reservation payable by Visa, Master Card, money order, or personal cheque. Balance due 45 days prior to your arrival is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: The deposit of $300 is non-refundable if booking is cancelled. If full payment is received 45 days prior to arrival and the reservation is cancelled, a refund of the the total less the deposit will be refunded only if the beach house is re-rented.
