Deposit / Booking Fee / Cancellation Policies
Once a reservation is made and secured with a deposit, it is a guaranteed reservation.
Your room is automatically held for you. Your deposit will be credited toward the cost of
your stay when you are settling your bill. In the event of a cancellation, the first $50.00 of
your deposit is non-refundable. The remainder of your deposit can be refunded up until 14
days before arrival. If your cancellation is less than 14 days before arrival, then your
deposit is forfeited. In the event that you fail to show for your reservation, the room is not
held after the first night unless we hear from you and you are responsible for that night as
we cannot rent it to anyone else.
No Smoking / No Pets Policies
We do not allow any smoking inside any of our buildings or units and we do not allow
pets of any kind anywhere on the property. Failure to comply with these policies will force us
to charge you an extra night's fee, plus you will be asked to leave immediately. We will
help you to find alternate lodging. This may sound tough, but it can't be both ways. The
policies are no good unless we enforce them.
