Deposit/Payment: To guarantee your reservations, we require a deposit of 50% at time of booking, with balance in full due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Due to difficulties in filling cancellations on an island with a relatively short summer season, we ask that you please read and understand our cancellation policy prior to making your reservations. Many travellers to Prince Edward Island plan far in advance for their summer holidays. Reservations are considered as commitments for the full period requested. When we receive your deposit, the unit you have selected will subsequently be unavailable to other potential guests for the dates you have selected. In the event of cancellation of your beach house reservation, the deposit/payment will be refunded, less a service charge of $100.00 (+ GST & PST), only when the unit has been re-rented for the same time period.
