Gently sloping to a river beach, DeRoma Cottages provides a view of the river from screened sunporches and open decks on our deluxe cottages ~ screened sunrooms and roofed verandahs on our executive chalets ~ giving you the opportunity to enjoy the view any time you wish!    Our secluded getaway is located safely away from traffic, far from the highway and shielded from our quiet side-road by a grove of trees, making it ideal for families with children, or for anyone seeking quiet and a relaxed pace. In addition, each cottage is well-spaced for privacy. Our accommodations are equally well-suited for singles, couples, or families.

While you may want to spend some time relaxing on our private property beachcombing, clam-digging, or boating, we can readily direct you to nearby attractions. DeRoma offers 8 two and three bedroom deluxe cottages, each with Comfortable combined living room and fully-equipped kitchen Bath with shower Heat Wireless Internet Telephone Microwave oven & coffee maker Satellite TV    Some cottages are wheelchair accessible. Each is unique in design and decor. For the convenience of our guests, each cottage has its own propane barbeque, picnic table, and deck chairs. Laundry facilities and telephones located on site; DVD players available on request. Cribs and highchairs available for our small guests.    Leashed/supervised pets are permitted in some of our deluxe cottages. (Surcharge Applies)    Children love the swings, sandboxes, playhouse, badminton and basketball nets, and the river beach; they especially delight in their closeness with nature.    We are proud to offer 3 & 4 star rated cottages in the Canada Select accommodations rating system.

DeRoma offers 2 three bedroom executive chalets. Situated on the very edge of the shore, these units offer spectacular views of the river, and an even more private atmosphere. Both are two-story buildings, featuring full bath/laundry facilities, wood floors and ceilings, ceramic tile, an open cathedral-style great room with open-design kitchen, dining, and living room, large screened sunroom, large outdoor roofed verandah. Each has one bedroom with queen bed, situated on the main floor; the large master bedroom (with queen bed) and the third bedroom (with twin singles) are located on the second floor. (One unit has loft - style master bedroom with skylight in the great room; one unit has a comfy reading nook on the upper landing.) Each has Satellite TV, DVD player, dishwasher, propane barbecue, deck chairs, and picnic table. And, each has a charming propane parlour stove in the great-room and features electric baseboard heat in each bedroom and bathroom, You'll be lulled to sleep by the waves on your doorstep!     Your off-season vacation will be made even more memorable in the solitude of our lovely surroundings. The colors of fall and the awakening of spring are even more vibrant when you have the time and place to really enjoy them!    Rates for the chalets are: Weekly: $1250 (2 adults), plus $75 per additional adult. Daily $190 (2 adults), $15 per additional adult. Teen (13 - 18 years -- special rate)., No charge for children 12 years old and under. Off-season rates available. Pets are not permitted in the chalets.
