Loft Apartment Suite Your own private getaway in the heart of the city… Our 3rd floor loft apartment suite offers all of the comforts and privacy of home while providing the convenience of being downtown. We are located one block from the harbour, Victoria Park and the boardwalks. Within minutes you can walk to the Confederation Centre of the Arts, boutiques, museums, art galleries and Charlottetown’s fine restaurants. The Provincial Government administration building and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs offices are minutes away. Conferences held at the large hotels are within an easy walk from our front door. The “Loft” is ideally suited to business travelers, honeymooners or visitors to Charlottetown who wish to have alternative accommodation at affordable rates. Our Victorian home has been operating as a 4 ½ star Bed and Breakfast since 1997 with four guest rooms on the second floor and guest common areas on the first floor. There are no other guest rooms on the 3rd floor, making this a completely private space. We are situated on a quiet block in a residential area of Historic Charlottetown. Our inn is surrounded by large homes on a tree-lined street. The Loft has one air conditioned bedroom with a queen size bed, one single bedroom with fan, a living/dining room with a queen sofa bed, chairs, dining table and ceiling fan. There is a large Cable TV with a VCR & DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove and full sized refrigerator. The bathroom has a tub with shower. Step outside to a large roof top deck decorated every year with flower boxes and hanging baskets. Marvel at the elm tree which towers over our three-storey home, and which is believed to be over 130 years old. Watch the sun set over the city as you relax at the patio table with a beverage after your day of leisure or work. Loft Amenities
