Campbells offer the "Evergreen," a two-bedroom cottage, for your summer vacation enjoyment. Located in Anglo Rustico, this spacious, bright and fully furnished cottage is located on a large private lot overlooking Rustico Bay.

The cottage has one queen-size and two single beds. It features cathedral ceilings, pine interior, ceiling fan, electric heating, fully-equipped kitchen, all dishes, bedding and linens, microwave, color satellite TV, VCR, telephone, washer & dryer, covered deck, and gas barbeque.

Conveniently located on Rte 243 in the 'Anne's Land' day tour region, the Evergreen cottage is only minutes from golfing, sandy beaches, deep sea fishing, horseback riding, and North Shore attractions. A grocery store is close by.

Evergreen Cottage is available June 1 to September 30

Rates for June & Sept. $650 weekly, plus taxes

Rates for July & Aug. $750 weekly, plus taxes

Rates are for 1-4 adults. Additional adults $10/day.

No charge for children under 16.

Special rates apply for rentals of 30 days or more.

A deposit of $100 is required at time of booking.
30 day cancellation notice required, 25% fee imposed.
