Policy:
A deposit is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation: (We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express)
- For a stay of less than three days, the value of one days accommodations with applicable taxes.
- For a stay of greater than 4 days, a deposit of 50 % of the value of the accommodations with taxes.
Cancellation policy:
- For a stay of less than seven days, two weeks notice is appreciated and the deposit will be returned in full. If the notice is less than 14 days an administration fee of $25.00 will be charged if the accommodations cannot be rebooked.
- For a stay of seven days or greater, three weeks notice is appreciated and the deposit will be returned in full. If the notice is less than 21 days then an administration fee of $50.00 will be charged. If the notice is less than 7 days then the deposit is forfeited.
- Every consideration is given to clients in extenuating circumstances.
