Comments from our guests in 2008 We find ourselves very fortunate in discovering Caleb’s Outlook. What a beautiful setting in a prime area of the Island. Thank you for taking such great care of us, for the delicious breakfasts and wonderful strawberries. You have also been most helpful, this was our first visit, but most certainly not our last.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful vacation here in PEI. The room is amazing and your property is beautiful. We had a super time spending the sunny days on the beach. Thank you for the beach chairs and umbrella, they made our day more wonderful. We also had a beautiful day in Charlottetown, visiting all the shops and seeing “Anne of Green Gables”. What an amazing stop-over for part of our honeymoon!

Well, where do I start? It’s been just wonderful on PEI, I couldn’t think of a better way to spend our honeymoon. The views were just amazing, none more so than the spectacular one we have had from our balcony.
I can honestly say that I have never spent time in a B&B, nor a hotel as lovely as this one. The professionalism that you run your business is of the highest standard, but what makes the stay here extra special is your warmth and kindness. Not to mention the breakfasts which we will be dreaming about long after we have left the island! ….

PEI is a very special island, a beautiful island, but what it even makes more beautiful is that your house is an island itself, built on a hill with a wonderful view all around, surrounded by plants of all kinds, pure nature. We really enjoyed our five day stay in the Terrace Suite, a warm and cozy room which earns its name “suite”. But what would be a nice house in a nice garden without nice people caring for all that? So let us say “Thank you so much” for your personal attendance, your fantastic breakfasts and the gentle way you treated us all the time. We felt good, free and relaxed in your house. We leave with the best memories in our hearts and wish you all the best for the future.

Is it 8 kms, or 8 miles? Are those rolling hills or serious inclines? Those are some of the questions we asked when we arrived already tired and hot in Hunter River. Our biking legs were ready to be done, but we bravely got on our tandems and headed up the first (and we were sure it was the worst) hill. Ah, down we go – fast and furious, only to climb another & another. We did make it, but we were at our ropes end. Then we arrived at Caleb’s Outlook. Oh what sweet relief: A wonderful room suitable for our family, an offer of cold drinks on the deck and then, thank you, thank you, a ride in the car to the lobster dinner in town. Seemed like such a short drive! And what a reward at the end of a hard day of biking – the dinner was fabulous! Thank you for taking care of our needs- you are wonderfully gifted hosts. God bless.
